As long as I'm with you, my heart continues to beat.

Evening all, I've been super busy in the last few weeks so apologizes for not being able to post. I'm back now though for a while so I'll be aiming to get a post up quite frequently. I've been really lucky with the weather too recently, its been gorgeous summer has definitely arrived!
So first I'll give you all a little update on what I've been up to I have officially finished my foundation! HOORAY! And my final grade was a Merit! (another HOORAY) which basically means I'm going straight on to doing my Fashion Degree which I'm massively excited about!
My exhibition was a success too, my final images I was so pleased with so I've dropped them in below to show you all.

I'll break this post up a little and do a usual outfit post then tell you a few more things of what I've been up to.
So midi is officially my new length I am obsessed with anything that comes to the knee, a little old lady-ish I know but it is more than definitely so in right now. You will also see my inner old lady come out below with my new t-bar shoes I wear with literally every outfit at the moment.
Another thing I love Culottes I brought these on a bit of a whim not really sure if they were going to suit me.. but I'm in love with them they have this vintage feel to them and they're so easy to style and wear on a warm day so you still get a bit of air to your legs.

I paired them with this t shirt which isn't in fact a crop top (i just cropped it for the photos, I'm pining for a two piece) And I just feel it works really well. Take note again, Two Pieces are MASSIVE right now.
This year has also being the year for my first festival! Yep, my first. So I'm still sort of in that mode right now where at any chance I can get a floral crown is going on my head. And festival season always means a chance to buy a new one, right. Right?!

I went to Parklife and I've added in a few photos below for you to have a nosy at. Think this is also a good time to mention I am strongly thinking of starting up a music blog alongside this one. So if anyone is interested let me know ( I just need to know I'll get the readers sort of thing)

Clean Bandit were in the line up with Sam Smith, Warpaint, Bastille, Ella Eyre, London Grammar and last but not least my favourite band ever Foals who complete and utterly smashed it hands down best time I've ever seen them.

Anyway that's all from me, I absolutely exhausted tonight and my heads just full of ideas so I already have the next post planned. I think that happens when your over tired.
Until next time take care

  1. Massive congratulations on your merit - that's absolutely amazing! So sorry I didn't see you at Parklife (although there were a LOT of people there, so it's hardly surprising!) and hope you had a good weekend. I was absolutely gutted that I had to leave before Foals started as I had to catch a train back down south, but I absolutely loved everyone else I saw. xxx

  10. I love the fact that your top isn't actually a crop top- shows how much use you can get out of a regular top! The print is adorable as well!
