Pretty girls don't know the things that I know.

So first things first I have to start off with some BIG news!
In the week I had a completely unexpected email from the lovely people at Clothes Show informing me that I have been shortlisted for BLOGGER OF THE YEAR at Clothes Show Live!!!!!
OH MY GOD.
And I'm going to say this from the bottom of my heart, it means the world for me to even achieve this. Having done my blog now for 6 years it feels like a long time coming to get recognised for all my hard work and dedication I have put into it.
I never started with the intention to be nominated for awards or anything like that I have always just wanted to write and create content so it means so so much to get things like this along the way it just feels like an added bonus that I am very grateful for.
It's also nice to be classed into the fashion category because for a while I feel like I have been floating around different ones and although I do like to cover a lot of them, fashion has a lot of the time stayed true throughout my content.
I love what I do and mostly I love sharing what I do with you. I started my blog with the main goal to just inspire.
I love styling my outfits and showing you how to do so too, so I hope that you all enjoy that.

So after that on to this weekends outfit. Yesterday I went to the German Market in Birmingham which I love attending every year. I took a lot of photos so I did plan a post on that except strangely I don't really feel that Christmas-y at the moment.. (I think I need to watch a few cheesy/ romantic christmas films first whilst burning a few cinnamon candles) so I will post that instead in the lead up to or around christmas.
So thought I would share the outfit I wore yesterday instead.
I also want to fill you all in on University at a later date which I keep promising, I had deadline on Friday that feels like such a weight been lifted off my shoulders!

I have been lusting after a leopard print coat for SO long. It just reminds me of the 60's the sort of rock and roll feel to it. It's completely my style its very Alexa Chung to (and you all know how much I love her)
This print is probably one of my favourites at the moment, I have in fact stocked up on a few items for this A/W season.
Along with this gorgeous Mustard colour which has worked its way into my colour palette as of recent.
It's quite a pop of colour (for me) that is in a way quite subtle too. So I love that, I also happen to think it goes quite well with my hair colour so I like to work with that too.
I think that other than Zara, Urban Outfitters is definitely my favourite place to shop at the moment!

Coat: ASOS, Top: Urban Outfitters, Jeans: Forever 21, Shoes: Select,
 Scarf: Topman, Necklace: Primark

Until next time thats all from me, hope this wasn't too length-y!
Take care gorgeous's
