My round up of 2014!

I do love a good round up post, especially at the end of the year I always feel like it's the most sentimental; a chance to look back at the year for all the good and bad.
2014 I think has probably been one of my favourites and it's gone by so fast! So to start off I shall do a little
'What I've done/started/finished/accomplished/found this year'

1. Finished my Foundation Degree and started my full University Degree to study Fashion- the next 3 years will be stress, worry, worry and a bit of panic thrown in there too, but it'll be fun!
2. Went to my first proper festival! - Parklife in Manchester FYI)
3. Attended what was possibly my favourite gig ever, Foals- Yannis VERY nearly jumped on me from a height I should add, I might of been dead now but he still threatened to do it.
4. Met the most wonderful person to ever enter my life- my best friend, my love (soppy I know I'll shut up)
5. Attended an outdoor/rooftop cinema- something I have ALWAYS wanted to do
6. Visited the Harry Potter Studios in London and London a few times- it's still my favourite place in the world.
8. Started my music blog- It's been a long time coming

Here's a little photo edition to illustrate that

In true tradition it's not a round up of the year without looking back at the outfits I have worn through out the year.

And finally I thought I'd finish off with some New Years Resolutions which I haven't even decided yet so this could be interesting, but judging by last years resolutions it didn't go much to plan anyway I only got one!

1. Get a tattoo COME ON GIRL
2. Get my nose pierced!
3. Go to another festival and camp possibly, maybe)
4. Stop worrying about tiny things, enjoy and embrace life- do more yoga!
5. Do more things for other people- because it isn't always about number one
6. Read more- its obvious but I enjoy it so much I should do more of it
7. Finally do more for my blog- get out there meet people

And that is all from me, do you have an resolutions for this year let me know!
I started back at Uni again today so I'm trying to get back into the swing of things again I know it's only a matter of time before the work starts piling.
Until next time you lovely people, take care

  1. Love your blog and fashion sense. Read one of your New Year's resolutions was a nose piercing. You have a super cute face and perfect nose suited for a little piercing.

While on holiday in the UK, I had mine done at a great place called Blue Banana. It barely hurt only a bit more than having my blood drawn and much like having my ears pierced. Maybe a 2 / 10 on pain scale. They use a little piercing instrument and it was no big deal.

BTW. black is your signature color! Your makeup and hair are gorgeous. Consider a “professional look” with your hair up, white silk blouse, short black pencil skirt with black pointy toe pumps. Promise you’ll turn heads and look super sexy.

  2. What lovely photos! It's always so nice to reflect on the past year. Cheers! Would you like to follow each other on GFC?! Let me know and follow me on my blog, I will follow you right back on both GFC and Bloglovin!

  3. This is such a lovely post!! and i love the pictures you took, your outfits look flawless. I think this is a really positive post and it really made my day :) x

  4. I like your blog and your
style so much - all of the outfits are just gorgeous, I cannot
even pick a favourite because they are all amazing. :)
And it's wonderful that you had such a good year.
Oh and some of your resolutions are on my list as well -
like the tattoo and nose piercing ( I can tick
the second one off - I got my nose pierced today. ;))
